Categories of Rent Costs per Month for Tenants

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1000.00 IS REQUIRED FOR 10 HOUR LEVEL.*
THESE PRICES INCLUDE MINIMAL COLD AND DRY STORAGE AREA.

HOURS OF KITCHEN USE INCLUDES YOUR TIME TO CLEAN KITCHEN.

HOURS OF KITCHEN USE INCLUDES YOUR TIME TO CLEAN YOUR PANS, EQUIPMENT, MACHINES AND YOU'RE CATERING EQUIPMENT.

HOURS WILL BE MONITORED BY A VIDEO RECORDING SYSTEM.

YOU MAY SIGN UP IN OUR KITCHEN AND BE A WALK-IN TENANT FOR TEMPORARY Events

This means that you only rent the kitchen by the event. Please call for details. You must still obtain all the proper permits and insurance like the regular tenants.

You may change your monthly category of hours needed at the beginning of the month only. Call the office and discuss the hours and times needed. The new monthly rent amount must be paid in advance. If you increase your hours of need you can do this on the first of the month. If you need to downgrade your monthly hours needed you must have been in the higher category for at least three months. Then you can sign up for the lesser category.

In other words you cannot sign up for 55 hours of kitchen use one month then go back to the 10 hours of use the next month, then go back up again. Most company's have busier months than other months. Our categories are priced to be fair and save you some costs for kitchen use. Please don't try to be unfair in abusing this system. We are trying to create a friendly kitchen to work in, together. Thanks! We feel this is a fair system for both parties not to take advantage of each other!
