Responsibilities at Mr. C's Campbell Catering Kitchen
Mr. C's Responsibilities:
- Supply Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soaps, Trash Liners and Cleaning Materials.
- Clean and Maintain Grill/Oven Hood Filters.
- Clean and maintain bathroom.
- Maintain and Service Machines to Insure Proper Service.
- Supply and Spray for Pests.
- Correct Kitchen Violations from Health Department.
(Tenants are individually responsible for their own violations that are cited on their individual health reports.) - Maintain Outside Trash Area.
- Service Cloth Towels
Tenant Responsibilities:
- Keep their own Storage Areas Neat and Clean and Dispose of Old or Outdated Products.
- Clean Up after their Shift in the areas Used.
- Inform Mr. C's of any Problems with any of the Machines or Kitchen.
- Restock Paper Towel and Soap Dispensers, Toilet Roll Dispenser, Empty Trash Cans.
- Clean everything you touched at the end of your shift and turn off all equipment, lights and Lock the door when you leave!
